El Burrito Tapatio in Addison

I ordered a burrito it was cold and there was a huge hair then I got a torts it had on slice of tomato and it was cold again when did this place get so bad?

I ordered a taco dinner and the rice was stuck together and the beans weren't grounded properly

Food doesn’t taste the same since they reopened . The new owner is changing The whole recipe; I highly recommend going to the one in streamwood instead.

Great restaurant for tortas!

We met with friends at this restaurant for dinner. This place was recommended to us by a friend. Well, it was a winning. we were warmly welcomed by the staff and we had a fantastic feeling. The meal was great. We loved this restaurant very much and we will definitely return to this restaurant. we highly recommend this place.

Best late night food I've had! Their burritos are loaded with delicious, spiced meat. The homemade churros are a great way to add to the guilt.

Not really good service made my order completely wrong . Then the cook argued with me saying he put the ingredients in there went I'm the one eating the food. It use to be really good service and food. But I don't know what happened.

Really good chicken burritos and I'm mostly a steak burrito guy

I was in the other day and I ordered food and as I’m about to eat there’s bugs crawling out of my food Very disgusting very gross place I asked nicely for my money back and they wouldn’t give it they said bugs are everywhere I said there not suppose to be in my food tho. I again said please I didn’t even eat out of it. He kept going on I’ll give you credit , I said I don’t want to come back what am I gonna do with credit ? So I asked once more and he said no!So I paid $22 for a meal I couldn’t even eatAnd they didn’t even have the decency to give me back my money they should be embarrassed of them selfs. If I could give this place a minus 5 stars I would Please stay away from this place very unsanitary and dirty

absolute lowest quality meat you can imagine. This is part of a chain so I thought maybe the fatty steak was a fluke, but been back several times; always fatty steak; the other meats are so seasoned it's hard to tell the quality. I will not be going back.

Been coming here for years. Their portion sizes are better than neighboring competition. I always call in my order and it's ready in 10 to 15 minutes. Burittos, cicina taco dinner, and carne asada are our favorites. On their chips and salsa they give a generous portion of chips unlike many other places.

Exceptional and fresh food, I like the atmosphere this place has, and the employees were very nice. I will surely come back again.

This place really ruined my day. Ordered 2 burritos (1 steak, 1 pastor) and paid extra for avocado and sour cream. What I got was 1 regular pastor burrito, and another burrito with just steak drenched in sour cream. The pastor literally tasted like peanut butter and they messed up the order so bad I actually cried when I got home. Transaction almost felt like a drug deal. Literally and figuratively left a bad taste in my mouth. Go somewhere else if it's not 1 AM.

Raised price, food tasted salty and terrible.

I have been going here for many years and the food has been consistantly good. Very good authentic mexican food and good value with their generous portions. Plenty of conpetiotion in the area but most people end up here. Often crowded but for good reason.

Great pastor tacos - finished on the grill.

The food wasn't bad to me. But they are false advertising with the giant burrito. The burrito is a midget short and stubby.

My husband and I went from having El Burrito weekly to having to wait almost two months to have it again with everything taking place.. and let's us tell you they have not skipped a beat. We have tried other places recently while waiting for them to reopen and none were the same. (None even came close) I wish we left a review earlier but better last than never!! Highly recommend!!! Also, no one can touch their salsa!! Hot or mild, they are game changers!

Best place around for Mexican food hand down

This place was recommended by a family member who has been coming here for a while. We decided to stop in for some of the soups and tacos to go. Just have to say it was all excellent! The steak tacos were delicious and the soups were gone in two days. Definitely coming here regularly.

Havent had a good torta in a while and this place hit the spot. Amazing place friendly and helpful workers and amazing hours. Definitely coming back

I went today to burrito tapatio with my family. I order chille relleno specials' which included rice, beans, lettuce tomato and sour cream. When the waitress came to deliver my plate it already had a funny smell to it and i assume it was the plate itself maybe due to improper wash or something. As I was eating the dish it didn't taste good and i took the rest home. Even the waitress kept looking at me from her distance as if she knew something. When i got home, I opened the box and it smell rotten that i even thought it was the garbage in my house but it was the box. it's already 3 hours after i went and my stomach hurts a lot. very disappointed, never going again. They should've just told me they didn't have any instead of trying to give me something that's already bad.
